20 years ago the Singapore Government launched a national program of five core innovation skills and it provided 2-3 days training in each of these 5 skill areas. I wrote a guide to help launch. This is not well developed by the OECD, It muddles up bodies of knowledge and core problem solving and idea management skills. I think this is a huge weakness in this work. Organizations do not innovate....it is the people who have the skills to solve problems and create new initiatives well and effectively.
