    I would make emphasis in International Interoperability. The focus should be in standardization and international interoperability, Countries should adjust to meet a single international standard rather than focusing on their domestic existing systems.

    e.g. CR rolled over the pilot plan for the KYC centralized DB ( SICAC ) in august 2022, and it was designed without taking into consideration international standards or interoperability outside of CR. This causes financial exclusion because outside of CR, no one can verify your data due to lack of APIS.
