    How will the involvement and public engagement and participation will be measured? I think this website, and this doc, and the process we are working on here, me adding feedback. This is the perfect illustration of an OpenState platform that is required by most countries.

    E.g We have not functional channels for Bi-directional communication Gov to Citizens and Viceversa. All forums were forgotten after Web2 started capitalizing on time in the app. It will consume a lot of times and resources to replicate systems while we could be using a standard one like this one. -- We would need to comply to another set of recommendations in order to comply to this point.
