    Triggering on the use cases, the governance should mention that a mechanism is create to take in new use cases and develop the solution to accommodate for it, within the requirements and restrictions that apply. That mechanism should also identify new developments (societal, legal, technical, ...) and review the impact on the digital identity solution/system.
