    Add content referring to the importance and the advantages of once only principle:

    Once-only principle ensures that citizens and businesses only have to provide certain information to public authorities and/or administrations only once. Therefore, public administrations will focus on reusing, or sharing, data and documents already supplied, in a transparent and secure way. Adherents should promote and further facilitate the adoption of once-only principle while at the same time establishes the required processes to ensure:

    • a user centric governance approach;
    • reduced citizens queuing;
    • less administrative burden;
    • increased efficiency;
    • enhanced personal information protection;
    • minimization of data (re) production.
