      II2d. encourage the use of pseudonymisation for both security and privacy reasons

      Digital identities should be determined by the State and private actors, but also by the individual. This is a fundamental point: we must all be able to choose the elements we wish to be represented and recognised.
      The recognition of everyone’s right to establish the components of their identity derives from an interpretation of the right to respect for one’s private life recognised by several international fundamental texts
